Yes, you can use the train for your return journey.
On Regional trains expressly indicated in the Official Timetable (those marked with the bicycle symbol in the details), bicycles can be transported (maximum 1 per passenger and no longer than 2 meters, therefore tandems are not allowed).
Railway stations along the Treviso–Ostiglia route, with distances from Treviso:
- Piombino Dese (22 km from Treviso),
- Camposampiero (28 km from Treviso),
- Grisignano di Zocco (55 km from Treviso),
- Vicenza (70 km from Treviso – reachable via the Bacchiglione cycle route),
- Legnago (110 km from Treviso),
- Montagnana (105 km from Treviso and about 15 km from Cologna Veneta – reachable via the “Walled Cities” cycling ring of Padua),

For bicycle transport, you can purchase (unless otherwise provided for by specific regional fares) in the following ways:
- a second-class ticket valid for the same route as the passenger;
- the bicycle supplement of €3.50, according to fare 29/b. The bike supplement is valid until 11:59 p.m. on the date shown on the ticket.
If the bike is carried inside a proper bag, transport is free of charge.

Trenitalia offers a direct Treviso–Vicenza and Vicenza–Treviso line with trains that allow bicycle transport (it is recommended, however, to check for the bicycle symbol before purchasing your ticket).
In addition, the towns of Piombino Dese, Trebaseleghe, Camposampiero, San Giorgio delle Pertiche, and Grisignano di Zocco, located along the cycle path, are served by railway stations with direct connections to the main hubs of the region.
